• Successfully conducted an evaluation of the Year One project to assess progress and impact.
• Prepared and published the End-of-Year Report (April 2024 – May 2025), highlighting key outcomes and lessons learned.
• Engaged stakeholders in consultative meetings to collect data that informed the development of a Safeguarding and Protection Policy for children and vulnerable adults.
