Results-driven Project Management Consultant with 17 years of experience in leading complex projects from initiation to completion. A certified member of PMI global and PMI Uganda chapter, member of Uganda Evaluators Association. My leadership, business skill and strategy have enabled the company gain ground and specialize in project consultancy work in Uganda and Kenya. Am good at Project analysis, development, planning and management, capacity building for teams, Monitoring and Evaluation, Strategic plan development and Resource mobilization.
